GARNIER leads the beauty pack with The Circle iPhone App.
It’s been an eventful past few months at Citrus, with many major projects launched earlier this year coming into fruition. One of these has been the launch of a new CRM program for Garnier known as The Circle. In line with Garnier’s Take Care brand pillars, The Circle program provides the means for consumers to take care of themselves, others and the world around them across several channels.
The major channel for phase one is the newly launched iPhone app - The Circle by Garnier. The app, which connects the barcode scanning utility to each users personal profile, is the first of its kind from a beauty brand in Australia. Using the mobile app, consumers can barcode scan Garnier products in store or at home, which are then matched to their beauty profiles.
Consumers are told whether the product is a good fit, and if not, they are recommended an alternative Garnier product. Consumers can save their favourites, edit their profiles, learn about Garnier events, and find regularly updated content which provides tips and stories around the second and third aspects of Garnier’s Take Care brand pillars.
